We have grown over the last 10 seasons and we don’t just mean in quantities of tulips, size of fields, or even amount of farms- although all of those things have happened!
Keriann and Jeroen Koeman, our wicked amazing owners have celebrated wedding anniversaries, IVF victories, the birth of their son Kees (Case), and watched themselves grow over the years.
The whole reason we come back year after year to bring you tulips, is to spread happiness throughout our community one tulip at a time. To celebrate our last 10 seasons here in New England we have asked our customers to share their stories, and here they are. Our hearts are full, and we love seeing these beautiful traditions and meaningful visits.

I booked tickets for my boyfriend and I to visit the Preston location in May 2021. I saw posts on Instagram and really wanted to visit and I thought it would make a really nice outing together after a long winter. I told my staff how excited I was to go. They kept joking that they thought it would be a perfect place for my boyfriend to propose (they knew I was hoping to get engaged soon as we had been dating for over 7 years). It turned out they were right. We visited the farm and walked around the perimeter to find the best spot to take some photos and he proposed! I was so surprised and excited and he got me the most beautiful floral inspired ring! We got married in September 2021 and visit the farm every spring to “relive the day”.

In 2018, I visited Wicked Tulips farm with a group of friends, not knowing what to expect. Despite the forecasted rain, we took a half-day off on Friday and drove from Boston to make it to our allotted slot. The beauty of the tulip fields left us utterly mesmerized. From that year onwards, visiting the farm became an annual tradition. When COVID hit, it was heartbreaking to miss our cherished tradition. However, I made a promise to myself that I would take my rainbow baby born that year to this magical field to celebrate her in the most colorful place I know. As she grows older, she eagerly asks about our next trip to the tulip farm, and the photos we take there have become the perfect birthday memento each year. This tradition has become a beautiful way to celebrate her life and the vibrant joy she brings into ours.🌷♥️🧿

Watch the video to see what a few of our team members have done planning their home gardens. The beauty of tulips is, you can plant your beds however you like! Or, let's put it this way, even if you don't know, and want to "wing it" by dreaming up new combinations, or laying into the ground a jumble of tulips you think are pretty, you won't be disappointed! Part of the joy of gardening is waiting for the surprises nature has in store for you. And tulips and their vibrant color just burst with joy no matter if they are carefully placed in single beds, in mono-chromatic groups, or in a kaleidoscopic array like ....
