Would you like to join a team of fun, friendly, and hardworking people? We hire 40+ seasonal team members and volunteers for this event. Do you have what it takes to join the Tulip Team?

If you answered yes to these questions, you could make a great fit for our Tulip Team! We will be open to the public 7 days/week from 10am-7pm.
Shifts fall between the hours of 9am and 8pm. Some “early bird” shifts also available. No farm experience is necessary. Customer Service experience is a plus.
We do require you have a great attitude, are a team player, and you are willing to learn.
Salary range for General Event Staff and Parking Attendants: $11- $14 based on experience and position, plus “tulip benefits”

General Event Staff:

This includes Greeters, Field Assistants, cashiers and more..These are great positions for customer service oriented people who can help provide an unforgettable experience to our visitors.

Parking Attendants:

This is a great job for anyone who enjoys to welcoming our happy visitors with a smile.This position goes beyond simply getting someone into a parking space. You are the first contact for everyone who enters our event so their positive experience starts with you :). Being calm and able to problem solve is must for this position. Parking is in a open field so you do need to enjoy spending time outdoors and don't mind working on your feet during inclement weather.

Assistant Event Manager:  

We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our long term future management team.  Spring 2018 will be a "training year". You will learn how to  to be the head person who is responsible for all activities during our event and support our Event Manager.  Duties include but are not limited to , hiring, scheduling,training, managing day to day tasks and employees,crisis management (in case of accident or other unexpected event). One of the requirements is flexibility. Ideally we would hire you for our busy U-pick season, starting late March and ending late May. Volunteering:

Are you not looking for a paid position, but would like to work at the happiest place of Rhode Island? Volunteering might be for you. We ask that volunteers commit to at least 3 shifts this season. Please understand, as a small business, it is difficult for us to find time to train one-time volunteers.
