Shipping Schedule for Fall Planting Bulbs

All of our bulbs ship in the fall and must be planted in the fall. We ship late September to mid October, just in time for planting. We do our best to ship out all orders placed after shipping begins, within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped. Bulbs are shipped 2-3 day mail via USPS.

Our Guarantee

Farming always comes with risks. In the event of a crop failure we will offer you a replacement, store credit or a refund.

If we are able to offer a replacement that is similar to your original order we will include a note in your order when it arrives. If you are unhappy with the replacement contact us at teamtulip@wickedtulips. If we are not  able to make a similar replacement we will contact you prior to shipment.  

We guarantee that your bulbs will arrive in good condition. We ask you to inspect your bulbs as soon as they arrive and if they are not in good shape, you must let us know right away – within 7 days! Because there are endless possible garden and climatic conditions, we CANNOT guarantee their success in your garden. If you are successful at choosing a suitable site for your bulbs and they bloom, we guarantee your bulb’s flowers will bloom true to name. We plant trials of the same bulbs here on our farm. We will contact you to discuss replacements or a refund if we find any mistakes, which rarely happens, we’re happy to say. We wish you much success and happy flowers in your garden.



Cancellation Policy

If your order has not shipped immediately, you have 2 business days after you placed the order to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. We cannot guarantee your order will not be shipped immediately as we work extremely hard to get orders out quickly. After two days there will be a 10% restocking fee for all items cancelled (as long as it has not been shipped). If your order was shipped there is a 25% restocking fee for all items cancelled. Your refund will be applied minus the 25% restocking fee once we receive your order back at our facility. You are responsible for shipping costs.  

Wicked Tulips reserves the right to cancel, to terminate or not to process orders (including accepted orders) where the price or other material information on this website is inaccurate. If we do not process an order for such reason, we will advise you that the order has been cancelled and will either refund you or will apply credit to the payment type used in the order.

Sales Tax Products that are shipped to Rhode Island state customers are subject to tax at the appropriate state and local rate.
