Farming always comes with risks. In the event of a crop failure we will offer you a replacement, store credit or a refund.
If we are able to offer a replacement that is similar to your original order we will include a note in your order when it arrives. If you are unhappy with the replacement contact us at teamtulip@wickedtulips. If we are not able to make a similar replacement we will contact you prior to shipment.
We guarantee that your bulbs will arrive in good condition. We ask you to inspect your bulbs as soon as they arrive and if they are not in good shape, you must let us know right away – within 7 days! Because there are endless possible garden and climatic conditions, we CANNOT guarantee their success in your garden. If you are successful at choosing a suitable site for your bulbs and they bloom, we guarantee your bulb’s flowers will bloom true to name. We plant trials of the same bulbs here on our farm. We will contact you to discuss replacements or a refund if we find any mistakes, which rarely happens, we’re happy to say. We wish you much success and happy flowers in your garden.
