How to Change Your Ticket
Need a different date? Here's everything you need to know about rescheduling or switching your ticket â step by step.
Rescheduling Your Date
Use this if you have the same ticket type but need a different date or time slot.
Go to tickets.wickedtulips.com
Visit tickets.wickedtulips.com and click the "Manage tickets" button in the upper right-hand corner.

Enter your email to get a secure login link
A pop-up will appear. Enter the email address you used when you bought your ticket, check the "I am human" box, then click "Get a secure login link."
đ Enter your purchase email and click "Get a secure login link"
Open the email and click "Manage your tickets or items"
Check your inbox for an email from Wicked Tulips Flower Farm with the subject "Manage your tickets." Click the green button â it links directly to your order. The link lasts 1 hour and expires after 20 minutes of inactivity.
đ Click the green "Manage your tickets or items" button
Find your order and click "Manage order"
You'll land on a Manage orders page listing your upcoming tickets. Find the one you want to change and click "Manage order" on the right.
đ Click "Manage order" next to the ticket you want to change
Click "Reschedule"
On the order detail page you'll see four action buttons. Click "Reschedule" to start the date change. The deadline is shown below the button â changes must be made at least 24 hours before your visit.
đ Click "Reschedule" â not "Cancel order"
Choose your new date and confirm
A window will show your order details and a date/time dropdown. Select your new date, check the "I am human" box, and click the green "Reschedule" button to proceed to payment.
đ Pick your new date from the dropdown and click Reschedule
You're all set!
Once payment is complete your booking is confirmed. A new confirmation email with your updated ticket will arrive shortly. You do not need to print it â just show it on your phone at the gate.
Switching Ticket Types
Need to switch weekday â weekend, or change to a non-discounted ticket? This requires a cancel + rebook.
Follow Steps 1â4 above to reach your order
Go to tickets.wickedtulips.com, click Manage tickets, enter your email, open the secure link, and click Manage order â same start as rescheduling.
Click "Cancel order"
On the order detail page, click "Cancel order." This cancels your current ticket and issues a transfer voucher for the amount you originally paid.
Rebook using the voucher
Return to tickets.wickedtulips.com, purchase your preferred ticket type, and apply your voucher code at checkout.
Check your inbox for your new ticket
Your new confirmation and ticket will arrive by email. Bring it on your phone on the day of your visit!

| đ Refunds | All tickets are non-refundable. Changes result in a voucher or transfer â not a cash refund. |
| đ Reschedules | You may reschedule one time per ticket. After that the Reschedule button is locked. |
| â° Deadline | All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your visit. |
| đĩ Transfer fee | A $1 transfer fee is charged when rescheduling. |
| đŗ Price differences | If your new ticket costs more, you pay the difference. No refund if it costs less. |
| đ Voucher expiry | Vouchers are valid for the 2026 season only â they cannot be used in future years. |
